4. Cancellations and Refunds
We require at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee up to the full cost of the session. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Guardian Guider.
