Cancellation Policy

    At Guardian Guider, we value your time and commitment to your spiritual journey, as well as the time and energy prepared for each session.

    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

    Cancellations or rescheduled requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full cost of the session, as that time was reserved specifically for you.

    No-Shows

    If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session.

    Late Arrivals

    If you arrive late to your session, we will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

    Refunds

    Due to the nature of spiritual and energetic work, all completed sessions are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your session, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your experience.
